Submission Guidelines for the Club Galleries:
Thank-you for your interest in the club galleries. We have put together the following guidelines so all members can enjoy the benefits of displaying their images. We hope you enjoy the galleries.
1. How to submit: Members can either bring their photos to any club meeting or they can be emailed (the preferred method). For email entries, please make sure the images are sent as an attachment and not "inserted". Please put "For Blog Galleries" in the subject line of the email.

2. Size: Images must be sized to no more than 640 pixels on the longest side. This should be done prior if submission is done by email. Alternatively, if submission is made at a club meeting, resizing can be done by the "Blogmaster" if necessary. Resizing your images helps to both optimize both the download speed (for those on dial-up) and storage space.
3. Naming convention: Name of Photographer and Title of Image.jpg e.g, JohnDoe_Flower.jpg. All photos will be displayed with the photographers's name and the image title. Please also indicate the gallery name you want the photo placed in.
4. Gallery Limit: Each club member can have up to 10 images in the galleries at any one time. You can refresh your photos in the gallery at any time. If you wish to refresh your current photos in the galleries, submit new ones and let us know which photos they will replace.
(Note: We may need to limit the number of entries per gallery in the future depending on storage space. Although, we do not anticipate much of an issue)
5. Length of time in gallery: We suggest you update your images at least every 6 months. We want to ensure the galleries stay fresh and everyone gets a chance to exhibit. If your photos have been there for 6 months we reserve the right to request new images.
6. Members can, at any time, request to have their images removed from the galleries. Please send request by email and allow up to 10 days to remove. Put "Remove Images" in the subject line of the email.
